Annual Health & Wellness Exams

We offer well woman exams, including pap smears, breast exam, mammograms, routine laboratory studies, as well as osteoporosis screening when appropriate. Male wellness exams are also available and include screening for prostate cancer starting at age 50. Preventive services are met in accordance with the United States Preventive Services Task Force (USPSTF).

Other services that are provided include:

• Weight and blood pressure monitoring
• Colonoscopy screening
• Routine vaccinations, including flu, shingles, pneumonia and tetanus
• Depression screening
• Screening for cognitive impairment
• Dilated eye exam referral (diabetics)
